Thompson is the Co-founder, partner and director of Thompson Greene LLP. He oversees non-contentious law within the business. His clients include high net worth and high-profile individuals / celebrities, family offices, property developers, banks, corporations, technology companies, international charities and government officials. Thompson is also a Senior Consultant Solicitor in the Litigation department and specialises in complex commercial disputes, shareholder disputes and civil fraud across a range of sectors, particularly financial services.

Shah is a Senior Partner at Thompson Greene LLP. He is an experienced property solicitor, dealing with a variety of conveyancing, commercial property and investment matters. Shah heads his own department at the firm allowing him and his team to work closely with his extensive client base and network across the UK property sector.

He also deals with secured lending and acts for lenders and borrowers in connection with securitisation and structured finance.
